Strategic framework
The COPR Board met in September 2022 in St. John’s, Newfoundland, to develop the organization’s three-year Strategic Plan. With a well-established culture of excellence, COPR was able to achieve many successes in line with the strategic priorities outlined in the plan. Review our Annual Reports for details.
The Board will be meeting in October 2025 for its next strategic planning session to develop a plan to guide the organization through 2026 – 2028. COPR is inspired by the good work of our members and interested parties, and the organization looks forward to sharing the 2026 – 2028 Strategic Plan.
