COPR’s Strategic Framework
COPR Council met in September 2022 in St. John’s, Newfoundland, to develop the strategic plan that will guide the organization for the next three years.
COPR has articulated an aspirational strategic plan that will continue to build upon our past achievements. The organizational culture of excellence is well established and demonstrated through shared values of collaboration, respect, innovation, transparency, and accountability. This culture serves as the foundation upon which our 2023-2025 Strategic Plan will be executed.
We are inspired by the good work of our members and stakeholders. This “Inspiration in Action” is at the core of our Strategy.
